At Chicdwell Home and Living, each product is carefully crafted and inspected before dispatch. We follow a strict 4-day return window to ensure timely resolution of genuine issues.

Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

Natural variations in wood grain, cane weave, texture, or finish are observed
(These are inherent characteristics of handcrafted products)
Exchange Processing

Once approved, exchanges are processed after inspection of the returned product

Exchange timelines depend on product availability and delivery location
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
